Mediation & Arbitration

In addition to representing clients, Matt serves as a mediator to help disputing parties find their own solution to their problem without the risk and expense of full-blown litigation.  Matt has undertaken extensive training in conflict resolution, and in addition to serving in the past as a judge pro tempore, he offers his services to the public as a mediator.

If parties have already reached the point where they cannot reach an agreement but still wish to avoid the cost and delays associated with litigation in the courts, or if they are contractually bound to arbitration, Matt also offers his services as an arbitrator, and he has regularly served in that capacity over the past ten years.
